They're your assets. Set them up the way they make sense to you

The power of Traverse begins with asset types. Assets of a given type can be containers that contain other assets, can be contained within other assets, depreciable, and can unlock additional optional fields for custom definitions.

By setting up different asset types, attributes for each asset type can be customized. Traverse has several optional attributes and several customizable optional attributes, all of which can be used to trigger notifications.

This is the classic file tracking setup, not to be confused with a document management system where documents are scanned in to the software, but rather the documents are barcoded so their whereabouts can be tracked throughout the organization.



Setting up specific attributes per type and the proper relationships makes it easy to track the whereabouts of all files.
